It’s easy to forget the feeling when everything was possible. When life was sweet with an ice-cream cone and a tree-house in the woods. Many of us wanted to be firemen and hairdressers. Michael’s father was a doctor, so that was his dream. Few us of wanted to be engineers; maybe Lego professionals and inventors, but not often engineers. We were frequently trying as youngsters. We made fires, cycled across the flower borders, played with mum’s cosmetics and smacked little sister when she did something wrong. Preferably all in the same day.

In the Freedom of Choice book 10 employees describe their roles, choices and careers at Xdin.
