The acquisition of Enea Experts is now complete!

Xdin AB – with 221 reasons to celebrate!

The acquisition of Enea Experts is now complete, and as of 16 April we will be working together as Xdin. Our offer is strengthened significantly within embedded systems, test and quality assurance, as well as systems development. Through our consolidated expertise and experience we become one of the largest actors in the Swedish engineering and IT consultancy market.

As of today Enea Experts will be working under the name of Xdin AB. This means that we welcome 221 new colleagues aboard, with Xdin’s employees passing the 1100 mark. For more than 20 years Xdin has been a strong brand within the automotive and manufacturing industries, where we are more of a partner with our customers rather than a supplier. Through the acquisition we increase our expertise within several of our other sectors and service areas.

Fredrik Nyberg, CEO Xdin AB, says, “The expertise that Enea Experts’ consultants have within embedded systems, systems development and test & quality assurance complements Xdin’s current offer of services in a particularly good way, and strengthens Xdin within the areas where we see the most potential and in which we want to grow. We also strengthen Xdin’s position across the country with an increased presence primarily in Stockholm, Linköping and Lund. We are now able to assist our customers in five areas together with Göteborg and Västerås. What awaits us is an exciting future in which we can together build a new and more complete Xdin, picking the best of both corporate cultures and creating a common platform where the employees feel at home and can develop. Customers old and new will meet a broader range of services with a retained level of leading edge expertise. Simply put, we’re going to be better at a lot of things now!”

Further reasons for celebration are that Xdin has now climbed 13 positions in Universum’s ranking list of Sweden’s best employers 2012, and that we are in the 1% of all companies in Sweden with the highest growth rate and the highest creditworthiness.
